Refund policy
At Zurein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- An unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for all return/exchange requests.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the address to send your item along with instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (if any) are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items. An unboxing video is required. The fastest way is to request the exchange and, once approved, follow the instructions we provide.
International Orders
For international returns or exchanges, please contact our support team first to arrange shipping and approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
